Every year, the Colorado Technology Law Journal participates in the cite-on and write-on processes for prospective members. These processes are open to Rising 2Ls and 3Ls at the University of Colorado Law School. Interested students may apply for membership through the cite-on process in the spring or the write-on process during the summer. The processes are rigorous and selective, but rewarding. The Colorado Technology Law Journal is nationally respected and has established a position among the elite national technology and telecommunications law journals.
Students selected for admission to CTLJ have demonstrated an aptitude for scholarly academic writing and legal analysis. Furthermore, admitted members display a mastery of Bluebook formatting and legal research. These skills are developed during membership in the Colorado Technology Law Journal, making membership highly valuable to the legal community.
