These processes are open to Rising 2Ls and 3Ls at the University of Colorado Law School. Interested students may apply for membership through the cite-on process in the spring or the write-on process during the summer.\u00a0 The processes are rigorous and selective, but rewarding. The Colorado Technology Law Journal is nationally respected and has established a position among the elite national technology and telecommunications law journals.<\/p>\n<p>Students selected for admission to CTLJ have demonstrated an aptitude for scholarly academic writing and legal analysis. Furthermore, admitted members display a mastery of Bluebook formatting and legal research.
